We are an Australian company with an Australian address. All orders are shipped from Busselton, Western Australia.

International Orders

Unfortunately we NO LONGER supply to destinations OUTSIDE of Australia. You will not be able to proceed past checkout if you enter an international address. Please contact us directly if you wish to talk to us directly about your requirements. Thanks for your understanding.

Despatch Details

When you place an order with our Online Shop we are emailed your order immediately.

Order confirmation will take place within 24 hours and you will be advised of a despatch date by return email. If you do not receive confirmation within 1 Business Day this means we did not receive your order.

Orders for items (that are in stock) are typically Despatched within 1 Business day and delivered within 7 days to most parts of Australia (by Australia Post). For items that are out of stock, delivery can take longer. You will be informed via email of a delivery time when we confirm your order.

For "urgent" orders please notify us in the additional comments section of the order and we will attend to your order without delay.

Freight/Shipping Costs

We have a Flat Rate Shipping fee of $9.50 per order delivered Australia wide. Shipping is FREE with orders valued over $350.

Bulky Item Orders will incur additional freight charges. We will contact you to organise the shipment.

All orders are sent via Registered Post and insurance for loss or damage is included in the Postage costs quoted above.

For items that do not conform to Australia Post size regulations we will contact you via e-mail to organise the shipment and any additional charges.
